Just for you: You are looking for information missing in the map. Most of the tracks are not marked with mtb:scale but as route:mtb. This is however not the difficulty, this just says there is a route marked for mountain bikes. See mtbmap.cz <http://mtbmap.cz/#zoom=14&lat=49.41714&lon=7.96714> , only the ways marked dark purple have difficulty (see Legend). Move the view to Weinbiet <http://mtbmap.cz/#zoom=16&lat=49.37476&lon=8.1255> to test if your settings on the phone work. And you can check how old the information in the data is and how old your map data on Android are - it might be missing just in your data.
