I expected the simulation to be similar to the Garmin Oregon, GpsMap, Etrex 
devices.
At Garmin, the route is visualized, the directional arrows and speed are 
displayed. 
The cursor then follows the route. With OsmAnd, only the cursor that moves, but 
you can not see the route. 
This functionality is still missing, otherwise OsmAnd can already do more than 
the mentioned Garmin devices.
