You've been shown, in great detail, in this list, with annotated images, how to add an intermediate destination in Osmand. Most recently in this post: https://groups.google.com/forum/?_escaped_fragment_=msg/osmand/8FXPXP0Ik5w/gJxsvEhlBwAJ#!msg/osmand/8FXPXP0Ik5w/gJxsvEhlBwAJ and yet you continue to complain that it does not work for you.
The fact that you still can't do this, even after being shown how in step by step detail, implies that the problem is with you, and not Osmand.

Make certian that voice prompts are turned on in the route display screen. If I remember correctly, the upgrade to either 3.4.3 or 3.4.4 via. F-Droid turned voice prompting off, and I had to turn them back on again. There was also a post in this group not long ago about changes in preferences storage and needing to verify that settings were migrated properly.
