OpenStreetMap is a user community based map. Very first line: "OpenStreetMap is a map of the world, created by people like you and free to use under an open license."
You as user are supposed to help where you can. You as user with local knowledge can help. Please support the community and help all of us. Also: The OsmAnd development team works on the app, not on the map.
