Hello, how would I apply some rendering rule but only if "surface=gravel" and "tracktype=grade2"?
For example I have: *<case additional="surface=gravel" />* and *<case additional="tracktype=grade2"/>* but in this case also asphalt with grade2 gets rendered as gravel track. I would like to use something like *<case additional="surface=gravel" AND case additional="tracktype=grade2"/>* to render some track in certain way only if it has both tags.
