Hi all,
We just prepared an osmo-bsc patch release 1.13.2 which contains fixes
for important regressions which were introduced during 1.12.1->1.13.0
development phase and hence are present both in 1.13.0 and 1.13.1 releases.
If you are running any of those 2 versions, we urge you to update to
1.13.2 as soon as possible to avoid potential service outage:
