You'll have to show us the actual error messages. But as was discussed recently, the rtl-sdr clock source and the sound card output clock are not in sync and will drift further and further apart in one direction or the other over time. You can try to compensate with buffering. The reliable solution is to synchronize the source and the sink, which means hardware modifications or just new construction. //Peter
