Well, I did it myself by using a maptile a few weeks ago, it worked well.

I used trekbuddy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/trekbuddyatlasc/files/)

I did generate a tilepack for AndNav2 (supported by trekbuddy) and renamed
every file with a simple command under linux to have *.png.osn rather than
*.png.andnav

After putting these files on my sd card, they were working nicely with OSN.
