I've regenerated a file with 3 updates : 1. the importance are now correctly mapped. 2. willu should know be mapped to his effective launchpad username 3. same for Murphy (I guess the launchpad username was refused for it didn't match with the given email address, I've switched the email addr from +...@gmail to +launch...@gmail)
