Yes, this resolves my comments.  Thank you for doing it so promptly and
my apologies for not resolving it prior to Last Call.  Trouble was,
while I could see that Alia was desperate to get this on the IESG
Telechat for October 15th, I could not resolve that into the date on
which the Last Call would be issued, and thought I had another day (or
more)!
