[ossec-list] OSSEC Installation Question

I was looking into your utility for our company.  After reading the
installation instructions it is my understanding that the MANAGER has to
run on a Linux box and that all that is available for WIndows is a
WINDOWS AGENT.
 
I am assuming you have to have the Manager in order to make use of the
Agent.  
 
Is this correct or am I misunderstanding something?
