I think it is a DNS server ('named' as per your log entry) setup issue.
For example, perhaps you have a dhcp server and need to work on configuring
secure zone updates.
If ossec blocks anything, it will be in the active response log file.

Subject: [ossec-list] L2 Error?
Hi all,
This may not be directly an ossec issue but I keep getting this level 2 alert:
Jan 24 00:15:29 mail01 named[6296]: managed-keys-zone ./IN: Failed to create
fetch for DNSKEY update
Any idea what this is? I am wondering if ossec is blocking something causing
this?
Running centOS 6.2 and webmin w/ csf and ossec
Thank you!
