Are you sure you want to go down this path? Not only is the manager not
supported on Windows, who knows what strange quirks you'll discover. Who
knows what the performance will be like (I shudder to think). No one on
the mailing list will be able to help you effectively. After all this,
you'll still have a Unix-like environment within Windows. All this can
be avoided by spinning up a very minimal <insert your favor distro>
Linux VM. You can be up and running in under an hour.
