Hi, If you have a look to /var/ossec/etc/client.keys, you will see the format is quite simple: <agent id> <agent name> <ip range> <cipher> and cipher is 2 md5sum concatenated. You can create your own.
Of course you have to create on the server and transfer on the clients securely.
