I think this is a draft of what has changed. Some things might have been

I know I personally did a lot of work on the Windows side of things and 
wouldn't mind to see that tested. Specifically, how (un)installations 
happen, making manage_agents.exe work and refinements to the win32ui.exe so 
if you use the OSSEC agent on any Windows machines it might be nice to 
test. I also added some "timegenerated" stuff to the event logs sent by 
Windows.

There was also event channel support added for Windows that might be worth 
looking at and testing.

I'd just look through that list and find things that might look cool or 
apply to you so the testing isn't boring.
