I think this is a draft of what has changed. Some things might have been added since to the beta but this list is pretty comprehensive AFAIK:

Specifically, how (un)installations happen, making manage_agents.exe work and refinements to the win32ui.exe so if you use the OSSEC agent on any Windows machines it might be nice to test. I also added some "timegenerated" stuff to the event logs sent by Windows. https://github.com/ossec/ossec-hids/pull/9 There was also event channel support added for Windows that might be worth looking at and testing.
