Hi, I have the latest version of ossec agent in windows machine. Since, there is an issue with the event channel I have redirected the PrintService log to Applications windows log. I was trying to filter, in this case, event id 307 from Applications windows log. For some reason, the event is not sent real time to the ossec manager. The print event appears if I restart the agent. Any suggestion what might be going wrong?
