Didn't you see Palin doing the same thing? She was just flubbing it.

Incoherent twaddle and we all know it. It wasn't a failure to punctuate, it was a failure to understand. She'd been coached and told to fit certain answers in, even if the questions were wrong. Her problem was that the question didn't fit, so she tried to wing it.
