Ok, so I have a prescription being filled through them for anxiety treatment--obviously something rather critical. When I came there the first time to set everything up with them I had them put all my information on file so that I could call and have them mail it to me since I can't really constantly drive there from my dorms to pick up the prescriptions. For a while everything was fine, the prescription would need to be refilled and mailed and I would call them and tell them that and it would arrive promptly. But the last couple times have been horrible. The first time they screwed up I was able to speak to the manager and they were mailed out properly. But this time, they FUCKING FAIL. Ok, so I requested they be refilled and mailed out last Monday and I was told they'd do it right away. Friday comes and goes, still no prescription (the dorms have a post office in the basement which is constantly open so there's no chance the package was missed). I call on Saturday and speak to the manager who seems sympathetic to my unhappiness about their recent ineptitude and she says it should arrive Tuesday at the latest. Well guess what? It's tuesday and still no prescription! So today I called to complain, the first time they hung up on me! The second time the pharmacist said the prescription was not in the pharmacy so she went to check their records to see what happened mail wise, after 6+ minutes she comes back and tells me that not only do they have no record of it ever being mailed out but that if it was mailed out it should've arrived today. I definitely gave her a piece of my mind and it should come on Thursday at the latest, if it does not--I will start yelling because enough is enough. WTF WEGMANS?!
