So, I have a disk that has suddenly, apparently developed
many many bad blocks. I'm trying to salvage everything that I can
from it, because while the owner had poor backup policy and can't
pay, the are married to me.
So, any tips for an automated way to just salvage everything
that I can? Most standard methods of copying files just stall and
stop, what I really need is a way of copying everything that copies,
but just giving up and moving on to the next file if it can't be
copied. Or disk repair tools that are likely to increase the amount
that can be salvaged? (I've already used disk utility, DiskWarrior,
and TechTool Pro 5, all with more or less no luck)
        Regards
                David
