Yes --- there are between five and eight separate pictures that I
stitched
together after doing the HDR bit. I'm still experimenting.

I am sticking with PhotoMatix for now. This qtpfsgui apparently
needs to
use GIMP. And last time I looked, GIMP requires X11. And I
don't wish to
pollute my nice Mac OS X system with X11 . . .
