I have a folder with a couple of thousand images files I've downloaded from a
fractals binary group. SOME of the files are duplicates, sort of.

Aabc1.gif
Aabc1.jpg

What I want to do is delete all the .gif files where there is a matching .jpg.

Seems this should be somewhat easy in the shell, but my brain is not getting
around it.

I guess I could make a list of the jpg files into a temp file and go from
there, but that seems like cheating.
