Hard to say, if you don’t get a startup chime of any kind, that’s generally bad. It could be the video controller, which seems plausible since you started having issues with it after having it hooked to an external display. I have an old intel MacBook (white) that has a broken screen, but still works fine connected to an external display. sadly, it lacks the horsepower to play 720P video very well, so I don’t really use it, but this type of setup does work, even long term. -- This is to say: while it was true that they had just appeared in this particular set of dimensions, it was also true that they had been living in them all along. It is at this point that normal language gives up, and goes and has a drink. --Colour of Magic _______________________________________________ Osx-nutters mailing list [email protected] http://lists.tit-wank.com/mailman/listinfo/osx-nutters
