ACtually, no, it didn't. I continue to get those same notices telling me that 
the website may be posing as Facebook. It seems to have helped a little, and I 
get those less often now. If I reboot the computer after resetting Safari, it 
works again. For a while. Then the drop-down box comes on again asking if I 
really want to proceed. Something fishy is going on, but I have no clue what it 
is.
I created a separate user on my MacBook. The ONLY thing I use ot for is 
Facebook. And even there, this happens. Never went to ANY site on that account 
except to apple's website the first time Safari launched. And after that, ONLY 
to FB.
