Coda can, kinda/sorta. Coda has a built in browser for previewing, but it's not
directly integrated into the source editor. But the Web preview has a version
of the Developer Tools (like in Safari and Chrome) which can be used to debug a
page.
The closest thing to what you're asking for is Dreamweaver - it's Code and
Design views are integrated, so, for example, if you select an image or a table
in the Design view, and then switch to the Code view, your selection will show
you the relevant code. Still, this is *not* a solution for every day updating
of a site; no one works that way anymore.
I still think she (and you, if she's asking for advice) are going about this
completely the wrong way. Like Lewis said - install Wordpress. Migrate her
site. Never have her look at a line of code again if you're just updating
content, adding/deleting pages, etc.
