Hi,
You (and other users doing segmentation during the last days and asking
for help) should have a look at this recipe of the cookbook :
http://orfeo-toolbox.org/CookBook/CookBooksu31.html#x49-760003.3.3
Step 4 will get you a shapefile with one polygon per segment and
associated attributes (label of the original segment, the size of the
segment in pixels, and the mean and variance of each band over the segment).

best parameter) and i get vector (shp) file with id list of segments,
i use qgis to visualize this
but what i need is to get the table of this segments with
caracteristics of each segments as (band1, band2, band3, band4), and
than to calaculate the other index (ndvi, savi etc ...)
there is any way to do this directly or i need to implimant this and
if it is (just an orientation to get time)
