Hi, On our Windows hosts, we build with internal ITK. You will experience difficulties mixing regular build of ITK and OSGeo4W libs because ITK compiles lots of third parties internally which then conflicts with OSGeo4W ones. I strongly encourage you to build internally.
Right, the guide does not cover 64 bits builds, but it should work the same (using vsvars64 I guess).
