I don't really understand what you want to do on your stereo pairs
before stereo tools.
If you want to take an extract of the full product, you can use the
*ExtractROI* application.
What do you mean by "20m different between the two images" ?

As I said before, begin with a small extract and try to find the
optimal parameters, mostly regarding the block matching step.
