Hi I want to compare the result of a supervized classification on multi temporal data on RapidEye images. My classification is about tree species (specialy Fagus sylvatica Quercus pubescens Pinus sylvestris Castanea sativa and Buxus sempervirens).
I made a concatenation of data of each date and made a supervise classification on it and so I would try to compare this result with a fusion of classification which made on each date. Concretly, I have 3 images, each image was captured on a differents dates. On a first time I have concatenated some data about each image and make my supervise classification. I have so made a classification on data of each date and I want to know the best method of fusion of classification for my case in OTB which be compare with the classification on the concatenation.
