I just realized the SPOT5 data I was trying to process with OpticalCalibration is a level 2A data. Would that explain why it doesn't work ? Does it make sense to apply an atmospheric correction on such data since it has been already radiometrically preprocessed ?
Also, the METADATA.DIM file for level 2A is apparently different than the DIMAP file for level 1A (SPOTview instead of SPOTscene). I guess that explains why it is not recognized in OTB. Any hint would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!
