Dear all,

I am trying to orthorectify Sentinel-1 GRD Radiometric calibrated C-band 
SAR image using EU digital elevation model of 30m resolution using the 
command in Linux terminal

*otbcli_OrthoRectification -io.in SARimage.tif -io.out outputimage.tif 
-elev.dem /DEMdirectory. * 

The DEM used was reprojected to Irish Transverse Mercator – epsg:2157. 

The DEM.tif file was converted to general raster file compatible with the 
OTB DEM handling using the DEMconvert option. Three files with the 
extensions .ras, .geom and .omd were saved in the dem directory - this 
directory was given as input for orthorectification

It seems that the DEM is not being considered as an input here. The ouput 
image has the default projection – UTM zone 29. But it is supposed to 
consider the projection of the input DEM which is ITM (2157). Please find 
the attached orthorectified image obtained using the DEM files. 

The Orthorectification application in OTB version 6.0.0 was also tried 
which did not give the desired result.

Can somebody please help me in understanding what is it that I'm 
missing/doing wrong?
