Hi Hristo, can you tell how did you install OTB and on which platform?
It seems to be otb version 5.0 which is quite old. I would suggest to download the standalone otb archive here: https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/download/ <https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/download/> Then you'll have to set otb path (libraries and otb application paths) in the processing provider options in QGIS, more specifically: OTB applications folder: *otb_install_path*/lib/otb/applications OTB command line tools folder*: otb_install_path*/bin Let me know if you've got any questions.
