Hello, I am attempting to submit a bug report, but don't see a direct way to do that. I have attempted to sign up for an account via https://bugs.orfeo-toolbox.org/signup_page.php.
Each time I get this error message after entering my username and email address and the security code. I tried in both Chrome and Windows Edge. External library '/var/www/mantis-1.3.12/library/disposable/disposable.php' not found. The documentation suggests that best way to submit a bug is through the OTB Users mailing list.
