Just because you have a religion or philosophy that might be different
than your client all we need to do is respect what each person believes
in. I worked in  Catholic nursing home and it was easy for me because I
also am. Also when your belief directly affects your independence, such
as getting to mass, or having the endurance to stand or kneel, may be
trivial to therapist but very important to patient, this
is something that needs to be addressed. Put aside YOUR philosophy to
help them become independent. Good topic for discussion, really made me
think (for a change)!
