Hi Sam, We use a Keystone Visual Skills Profile tester, along with a clinical screening for ROM, accomodation,visual field loss convergence, pursuit tracking, contrast sensitivity ,and a scan board . We do alot with people who have TBI's( which impact the cranial nerves) and driving eval's. We pretty much base everything on the book that was mentioned a few days ago. It was/is an OT and OD married couple. It is an excellant book. Mike
