lot of posts that US Medicare almost forces a reductionist or concrete
mindset in therapists, as ability is so much easier to describe and
justify than occupation.
Joan - this is very interesting. Medicare is our socialized medicine for that portion of the population over 65. Canada has socialized medicine for everyone, but it seems that we OTs in the US are more handcuffed by our payor than you feel. Why would that be ? -- Jody
