What does anyone out there think about the cap and/or the OT in home health benefit ? I was kind of thinking that we might get an extension on the cap moratorium because Bush is pushing for the lame duck session to do some things and he is trying to sound moderate, conciliatory and nonpartisan right now. -- Jody
