Rehab hospital for a TBI patient

Does anyone know of a good rehab hospital in the Washigton D.C./Virginia area for a 20 year old with a recent TBI? The expected length of stay is about a year. The individual also has the option of moving to the Rockland/Westchester area of New York if necessary. Please let me know if anyone could recommend a facility in any of these areas. Thanks.
