[OTlist] Detained asylum seekers in Australia

Hello fellow OT's,   I'm an OT working in Australia and am involved in coordinating a national  professional response to the pressing issue of the occupational needs of detained asylum seekers and refugees in Australia.   I'm really keen to hear from OT's and students around the place that have an interest and/or concern for the occupational needs, occupational justice and the impact of occupational deprivation on the development of chioldren, community reintegration etc. There is a growing movement to repond to these issues in Australia and I want to widen our sharing and collaboration.   Contact me for further info or forward this email to colleagues who may be interested in joining in this cutting edge development!   Cheers for now,   Clarissa Wilson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
