Hey Martin,

What type of hemiplegia are you attempting to obtain info for (i.e. spastic, flaccid).Speak some about the grade of the muscle tone and any coexisting pathologies. What are the proposed goals for splinting? Is there any residual function? What about primitive reflexes?

Subject: [OTlist] OT Website

Greetings of Peace from the Philippines!

Our Batch from the Velez College of Occupational Therapy in Cebu has put up a website last year. Because we do not have our own domain, only those invited can view this one. We are proud of what we have done when we were still OT Students and decided those achievements were too precious not to be shared. You can find the OT Modalities we put up during our OT Fair which was purposedly held at a mall so the public can view them. We did this to promote the profession which is not so popular here. And we are proud to say that then AOTA President Karen Jacobs was a big inspiration and current WFOT President Kit Sinclair acknowleged our contribution for the propagation of the profession through this website.

It would be a great honor to read your name posting a message at our message board.

Mabuhay (Long Live) ang OT!

Yours very truly,

Farrah
