I guess my present position would count as a "non-traditional" job: I
work for a manufacturing company.
My main purpoase is to provide 1:1 onsite treatment, conduct ergonomic
assessments and assist with implementation,
oversee and assist 4 Ergonomic Task Force teams, coordinate the
Modified Duty program, oversee the onsite Fitness Center and
participate in our Behavior Based Safety program. I never have to seek
insurance reimbursement, only a MD's prescription for treatment.
