Hey shani,
   
  Good luck with your new job.  Caloric stim tends to work for neglect, however 
the effects are short lived.  Works sort of on the line as weightbearing to 
decrease tone.  If you can get the patient involved in a therapeutic activity 
while there neglect is lessened, you can make gains as it is accomplished 
progressively.
