I was beginning to feel a bit self conscious sending all 
those links and stuff - so thanks a lot to all who responded 
that they were useful!!

A site that some of you might already know, is this:

It's especially about SCI - and there are also videos - sort 
of.. Really it's click slide shows - so you get e.g. a 
transfer broken up in about 15 pieces, so you can analyze 
each position along the way.

Although I tend to learn more from the private "models" - 
with their very real homes, quad bellies, weight issues etc!
