Hi everyone, im fairly new to this site.. but im really in need of answers to my questions. im currently having a s/p spinal surgery px who has been having a lot of ms spasms and can you tell me what type of relaxation exercises, technique i could use to help him... i would surely and gladly appreciate your input into this.. joni
