Yup, it's in Paul's queue. (Paul maintains the Fedora build stuff.)
mock build had already spotted it.
I fired off libotr 4 into rawhide yesterday and pidgin-otr 4 just now.
I'll build and update these as a bundle for f18/19 in the next couple of
days.
