Hi,
I wanted to let you know that I started an initial effort to create a C#
implementation of the OTR protocol.

There is still a lot of work to do and there are quite some challenges
left to solve, but the otr_parse tool has been implemented.
I'm now implementing the initialization sequence of the protocol by
reading the user files and then starting a conversation.
Let me know if you have any concerns or comments on my approach.
