Was genau meinst Du mit mod_perl ? Ich nehme an Du meinst das Paket
"libapache-mod-perl", ja das habe ich probiert, aber ich habe auch
"apache-perl" auf einem zweiten System probiert, wo das mod_perl schon
mit in den Apache kompiliert ist. Das Problem trat in beiden Fällen auf
:-( Das Apache ein Segfault macht finde ich schon ziemlich hart....und
irgendwie komme ich nicht so recht weiter. Hier nochmal die Logeinträge
und Versionen:

Irgendwie kann ich mir nicht so recht vorstellen, das noch niemand das
geliche Problem auf einem Debian System hatte ..... bitte meldet Euch !

mit ihren Versionsnummern, die du installiert hast.
Ich habe vorgestern ein frisches Sarge installiert, um alles noch mal zu
testen und vor allen zu dokumentieren, denn gelaufen ist es bei mir
schon mal (allerdings erst nach einigen Updates). Ohne mod_perl war es
von Anfang an kein Problem.
@Thomas: Ich schau mir das an, weiß nur nicht wie schnell ich es
schaffe.
