Hallo Melanie Folgendes solltest du einrichten.
Unter der Einstellung [ PostMaster POP3-Konto ] im Admin Bereich musst du ein Konto anlegen welches auf dem Exchange existiert. Als BSP [EMAIL PROTECTED] Nun kannst du alle relevanten Informationen in OTRS eintragen. Wenn du nun die Datei PostMasterPOP3.pl aufrufts sollten die Emails in dein System eintrudeln. Allerdings benötigst du noch einen Task welcher in Abständen das Postfach abfragt. Ich nutze hierzu Actice Plus in der Vollversion aber du kannst es auch in der Light Version versuchen. http://www.activeplus.com/us/freeware/splight/ Nun habe ich einen Dienst eingerichtet mit der Datei PostMasterPOP3.pl eingerichtet welcher alle 180 Sekunden neu startet und nachschaut ob in dem Posteingang etwas drinn liegt. Somit hole ich mir die Mails in das System rein.
