Hi,
jepp, JS wird für den Refresh benötigt, wenn die Queue bei der
Erstellung eines Phone- oder Email-Tickets gewählt wird. Das beißt sich
momentan aber noch mit dem JS-Filter, ein Fix steht aber auf unserer
TODO-Liste. Wenn du da was programmierst, wäre ich sehr am Patch
interessiert!
