Hast du denn mal geprüft ob das User-Verzeichnis überhaupt existiert? Ich benutze Debian, da wird ein eigener User otrs erstellt.
Schau mal wie der User bei dir heisst und siehe nach welches Verzeichnis er überhaupt als /home hat. Vielleicht weicht die Suse Paket Installation von der normalen ab. Ist zumindest bei Debian der Fall.
Gehe auch mal in das Script rein mit einem Editor und passe dort ggfs. den Pfad des /home Verzeichnisses an.
Ich benutze SUSE 10. OTRS 2.0.4 Hat jemand ne Idee dazu ? Ich benötige webmail und den Dateimanager mfg Andreas
