Wenn ich einige Tickets und anschliessend Bulk-Action waehle, erhalte
ich untenstehenden Error:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketBulk.pm line 194.
Dies ist Zeile 194:
my %DefaultNoteTypes = %{$Self->{ConfigObject}->Get
('Ticket::Frontend::NoteTypes')};
Fehlt irgendwas oder ist etwas falsch in meiner Konfiguration?
